Scope and contact

This policy describes the AI Rap Gen service at airapgen.app. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, use our contact page and the support ticket system. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or API keys.

Information the service handles

• Accounts: the name, email address, sign-in information and account settings you provide. Passwords are stored as hashes. If an external sign-in option is offered, it supplies the information needed for that sign-in.
• Generation inputs: the portrait photos you choose to upload, the selected template and output options. A task is submitted only when you click Generate.
• Tasks and results: task identifiers, progress, charged or returned website credits, generation results and delivery records.
• Payments: orders, subscription status, payment-provider transaction references and credit balances. Payment providers process payment details; AI Rap Gen does not store full card numbers.
• Support and operation: ticket messages and attachments, request and error information needed to investigate problems, prevent abuse and maintain the service.
• Browser storage: essential sign-in cookies, language preferences and local generation drafts. Analytics or other optional integrations may operate when configured; use the available consent controls where offered.

Why information is used

Information is used to sign you in, process the generation you request, deliver your private result, maintain credits and subscriptions, handle support and refunds, and investigate fraud or technical failures. We use account or purchase information to perform the service, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and protect service operation. Where consent is required for optional processing, it can be withdrawn using the relevant controls.

Generation and infrastructure providers

Generation requires sending your chosen portraits and task instructions to the configured AI provider. The current integration uses KIE to access the selected video model. The provider receives expiring image links so it can read the inputs.

The service uses storage and hosting providers, including Cloudflare R2 for private generation media. Payment, email or sign-in providers receive the information needed for the particular feature you use. Processing locations and provider retention periods can differ from those of this website; consult the relevant provider policies. A link expiring here does not instruct another provider to delete its own copy.

We do not publish your uploaded portraits as community examples or sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address security incidents and protect lawful rights.

Storage, access and retention

Uploaded generation portraits and saved user results use private storage. Image links supplied for generation expire within four hours. Playback and download of a saved result require the signed-in owner account; the temporary provider link is not the public history address.

Local browser drafts can remain for up to 24 hours and are separated by account and template. Clearing browser data or changing devices can make a draft unavailable.

Cloud media retention depends on the deployed storage lifecycle and the records needed to deliver and support your task. Link expiry is not file deletion. Request deletion of portraits, saved videos or your account through support; records required for transactions, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained separately. We do not promise that a storage cleanup on this service removes copies already processed by an AI provider.

Choices and requests

You can update the profile settings available in your account and request access, correction, export, deletion or restriction of personal information through support. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Where applicable, you may also object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your competent data-protection authority.

Do not upload another person's portrait without their permission or another valid right to use it. Avoid including sensitive documents, payment details or unrelated personal information in photos or tickets.

Security and updates

The service uses access controls, encrypted transport and protected storage credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, a service notice.
