Refund Policy · AI Rap Gen
Refunds for unused video credits, subscriptions and failed generations.
Last updated: 2026-11-01
This policy applies to purchases from AI Rap Gen at airapgen.app when checkout is available. For requests, use the contact page and signed-in support tickets.
The short version
If a video task is confirmed as failed, its charged credits are returned automatically. This is a credit return, not a refund of your original payment.
You can request a refund for unused pack credits within seven days of payment. A subscription payment, including a renewal, is refundable within seven days only if none of the credits funded by that payment have been used. Submit requests through a support ticket.
One-time video packs
- An entirely unused pack is eligible for a full refund within seven days of payment.
- A partly used pack is eligible within the same seven days for a refund of its unused credits, calculated at that pack's actual purchase price per credit.
- Used credits are not refundable under this policy. After seven days, ordinary pack purchases are final, subject to mandatory rights and billing-error corrections.
- Approved refunds remove the corresponding unused credits from your account. They do not take credits from a different purchase.
- Pack credits otherwise have no expiry. Video counts shown with packs are estimates based on a standard video; each template and output option shows its own credit cost before generation.
For example, if you paid $14.90 for 60 credits and have 40 unused credits from that purchase, the refund is $9.93. Calculations use the amount actually paid, including discounts, and round down to the currency's smallest unit.
Subscription payments
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Monthly and annual billing are available; both release their video credits monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the monthly reset and do not accumulate.
A first subscription payment or renewal is eligible for a full refund within seven days of that charge if no credits from that payment have been used. For annual billing, this means the annual payment, not a separate monthly payment. We do not offer proportional refunds for months or days that remain after part of a paid period has been used.
Approved refunds remove unused credits funded by the refunded payment, stop future credits from that payment and request cancellation of future renewals. Unrelated pack credits remain yours.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel future renewals in Settings → Billing. Ordinary cancellation keeps your plan available through the paid period, with credits continuing on their existing monthly schedule. Canceling is separate from requesting a refund; it does not itself return money.
Failed generations and completed results
When the system confirms a charged task has failed, its credits return automatically. A task still waiting, generating or saving is not yet a confirmed failure. Check your video history before submitting another task.
A completed video that you do not like is not automatically treated as a failed generation. If you believe there is a technical problem, send support the task identifier and a description so we can investigate.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from the account that made the payment. Include the order number, payment date and a short reason. Your order number is available in payment records. Do not include card details, passwords or API keys.
Please stop using the credits you want refunded while we review the request. We verify the payment and usage, then confirm the eligible amount. During processing, those unused credits may be reserved and unavailable for generation.
Approved cash refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take approximately 5–10 business days to display them; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
Report a duplicate charge or incorrect amount through a support ticket, preferably within 30 days, including the relevant order numbers. We review and correct verified billing errors separately from an ordinary unused-credit request.
Disputes
Please contact support first so we can check a payment issue. We may restrict accounts involved in fraudulent payment disputes, while preserving rights you have under applicable law.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. If those rights apply to your purchase, they take precedence over conflicting ordinary refund conditions.
