The service and these terms

These terms apply to AI Rap Gen at airapgen.app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact the service through the contact page and signed-in support tickets.

AI Rap Gen creates short, template-based rap performance videos using the portrait photos you submit. Bulin 47 uses one portrait; Hotel Lobby uses two separate portraits with left and right roles. Available models, outputs and credit costs are those displayed by the generator when you submit.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and use only an account you are entitled to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through support. Features that need payment, provider access or configuration may be unavailable until those requirements are met.

Your photos and permissions

Upload only material you own or are otherwise allowed to process. Obtain the permission required to use the likeness of each person in your photos. Do not use the service for impersonation, deception, harassment, unlawful sexual content, fraud, or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

You retain the rights you have in your uploads. You allow AI Rap Gen and its service providers to process, transmit and store those uploads only as needed to carry out your requested tasks, deliver results, maintain the service and handle related support or legal obligations.

Generated results and third-party content

Generation is probabilistic. Faces, clothing, gestures, lip synchronization, backgrounds and audio may differ from your inputs or reference. A prompt requesting the original performance or soundtrack is not a guarantee of an exact copy. Review the completed result before using or sharing it.

Reference clips and credited community examples may be third-party material. Their appearance on the site does not imply endorsement or that AI Rap Gen produced them. We do not claim ownership of a performer's identity, song or recording. Availability of a generated file does not itself grant music, likeness or other rights needed for publication or commercial use; you are responsible for obtaining those rights.

Credits, payment and subscriptions

Adding photos or saving a configuration does not create a paid generation. Clicking Generate submits a task using the server's current quote. Website credits are reserved or charged for that task. A request whose submission is still being checked must not be treated as a confirmed failure or repeatedly resubmitted.

Confirmed failed generation tasks return their charged website credits. That return is different from a cash refund of a purchase. Eligibility for refunds is set out in the Refund Policy.

When purchases are available, the checkout shows the price, currency, credit allocation and applicable billing cycle. One-time pack credits do not expire under the current plans. Subscription credits are released monthly, including for annual plans; unused subscription credits expire at the monthly reset. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Cancel future renewals in Billing; ordinary cancellation does not itself refund a payment.

Support, deletion and restrictions

Use support tickets for task, payment, privacy and account requests. Include the relevant order or task ID without passwords, API keys or card details. Account deletion and removal of saved media can be requested through support; transaction or legally required records may need separate retention.

We may restrict abusive activity or suspend access when needed to protect the service or respond to a breach of these terms. We may change or discontinue features, with notice where reasonably possible. Existing payment and mandatory consumer rights are not removed by such a change.

Liability and updates

The service is provided subject to the generation limitations described above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, a service notice. The Refund Policy and mandatory rights take precedence over a conflicting general payment statement in these terms.
